Archer shareholders reject move to reincorporate in Texas
Archer Aviation's proposal to redomesticate from Delaware to Texas failed to win the required approval at its June 26 annual meeting, the company disclosed in a securities filing. The measure needed a majority of all outstanding shares; it drew about 234.1 million votes in favor and 44.5 million against but was undercut by roughly 201.8 million broker non-votes, leaving Archer incorporated in Delaware. Shareholders did elect both director nominees and ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditor.
