A human-size humanoid robot with bionic muscles, soft skin and 82 degrees of freedom, powered by three of XPeng's in-house Turing AI chips and its VLA/VLT/VLM models.
Next-generation IRON unveiled November 2025; XPeng targets 1,000+ units/month by late 2026 and a first commercial deployment (showroom assistants) in Q1 2027, with a long-term goal of 1M robots by 2030.
