Overview

BioNTech's flagship oncology asset: a next-generation bispecific antibody targeting both PD-L1 and VEGF-A, gained via the Biotheus acquisition and positioned as a potential immuno-oncology backbone across many solid tumors. Co-developed with Bristol Myers Squibb.

Eight Phase 3 trials planned or under way by year-end across small-cell and non-small-cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast, gastric and colorectal cancers. More than 1,000 patients treated to date; first-line lung-cancer readouts with registrational potential are expected in 2026.
