Overview
The world's first modular flying car: a six-wheel, 4–5-seat extended-range-hybrid 800V 'mothership' van that stores, recharges, and auto-launches a detachable two-seat eVTOL air module (X3-F: six rotors plus two ducted fans, ~50 kWh battery, 30→80% recharge in 18 minutes, manual single-stick or autonomous flight). Combined system range exceeds 1,000 km on the ground.
Pilot production underway at the Guangzhou plant (first module November 2025); 7,000+ pre-orders at under RMB 2M. CAAC accepted the X3-F's type-certificate application in March 2024 and its production-certificate application in May 2025; first deliveries targeted late 2026 pending certification.
