Overview

The A350 XWB (eXtra Wide Body) is Airbus's latest-generation wide-body aircraft, featuring a carbon-fibre reinforced polymer fuselage and wings for superior fuel efficiency and passenger comfort.

In active production with two passenger variants in service (A350-900 and A350-1000) plus an ultra-long-range A350-900ULR flown by Singapore Airlines. The A350F freighter — with a backlog above 100 aircraft after Atlas Air's March 2026 order — is targeting first flight in Q3 2026 and entry into service in 2H 2027.
