Tesla posts record 480,126 Q2 deliveries, ending sales slump
Tesla delivered 480,126 vehicles in the second quarter of 2026, up about 25% year over year and roughly 74,000 above Wall Street's consensus, snapping two years of declining deliveries and setting a new second-quarter record. Production topped 450,000 vehicles, with Model 3/Y accounting for 467,762 of deliveries and other models 12,364, while energy storage deployments reached 13.5 GWh. Tesla will report full second-quarter financial results after the market close on July 22.
