Pony.ai, Stellantis and Bolt to test robotaxis in Luxembourg
Pony.ai, ride-hailing firm Bolt and automaker Stellantis announced on June 9 a Level 4 autonomous-mobility pilot in Luxembourg to validate the safety, performance and regulatory readiness of Pony.ai's seventh-generation system in real traffic. The test fleet will use vehicles based on the Peugeot e-Traveller built on Stellantis's L4-Ready platform, with Bolt supplying ride-hailing integration and the partners aiming for driverless readiness by the program's end. It marks Pony.ai's deepening push into Europe alongside its operations in China and the Middle East.
